Director-level individual contributor responsible for leading strategy to grow and retain FMO/agency/broker and health plan partnerships. Serves as a community-facing leader, building and deepening key relationships across the broker and payer ecosystem. Actively represents the company at industry events, conferences, trainings and partner forums to drive engagement, expand opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships to grow the membership of the medical groups. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Collaborates with the Network Management team to support engagement and performance of exclusive and semi-exclusive physicians in collaboration with broker and health plan engagement. Develops and nurtures strategic relationships with broker and health plan partners, serving as a primary point of contact for engagement, education, and partnership development. Delivers presentations, trainings, and educational sessions to reinforce value proposition and drive market awareness. Leads the development and execution of communication and engagement strategies to promote events, campaigns, and broker-facing initiatives. Manages broker co-op programs, ensuring effective utilization of resources to support partner engagement, marketing activities, and brand visibility. Oversees the development and execution of innovative broker and health plan programs designed to differentiate the medical groups and strengthen competitive positioning. Utilizes project management platforms to coordinate creative assets, media, and collateral development, and to oversee execution of broker and event promotion strategies across direct reports. Develops, implements, and monitors policies and processes to ensure alignment of the community outreach team with organizational goals and consistent execution of broker and health plan strategies. Partners closely with the Senior Vice President, Vice Presidents and Community Engagement Teams in addition to the creative team to translate brand value propositions into tailored messaging and campaigns for broker and health plan stakeholders. Ensures there is consistent generation of innovative ideas and initiatives aligned with corporate values to enhance brand reputation and market differentiation Participates in leadership and administrative meetings and communicates key updates and strategic direction to staff as appropriate. Performs additional duties as assigned by management. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $XX and $XX/[hour/year]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Requirements:
Education and/or
Experience:
A bachelor's or from a four-year college or appropriate industry experience and/or certification. 3-5 years previous health plan or medical group experience; Medicare managed care a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fundamental management skills of planning, organizing and delegation, ability to mentor, coach and counsel. In-depth knowledge, experience and understanding of how to facilitate stakeholder relationships and produce results to improve brand position and reputation. Must be comfortable working with multiple departments in a supportive role.
