Job Description

Growth Centers of America Position Overview The Clinical Services Manager plays a vital role at Growth Management, Inc. This position will be housed at the corporate office but will travel to other locations as needed. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of clinical services and demands a highly organized and experienced professional capable of leading a team of therapists and working with a multidisciplinary team, optimizing patient care processes, and upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence. As a Clinical Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes and the overall performance of the clinical department. What You'll Do Clinical Oversight Supervise the Primary Therapist staff, evaluate employee performance, and make recommendations for employment actions to the CEO. Make recommendations of the daily operations of assigned units and schedule meetings, services, and workers' time. Team Collaboration & Therapeutic Environment Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team including therapists, nurses, educators, behavioral staff, and leadership Contribute positively to the overall therapeutic and residential environment Support a structured, safe, trauma-informed, and clinically appropriate setting for adolescents Participate in meetings, trainings, consultations, and ongoing professional development Provide support, guidance, and psychiatric insight to treatment staff as needed Maintain flexibility, professionalism, and composure in high-acuity or fast-paced situations Who You Are You are compassionate, clinically skilled, and passionate about helping adolescents navigate mental health and behavioral challenges. You understand the importance of collaboration, structure, professionalism, and trauma-informed care within a residential treatment setting.

Highly skilled in diagnosis and assessment. Familiarity with community support systems, health care and human service resources, court and police activities, etc. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and other departments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent administrative, organizational, and time-management skills. Exceptional verbal and communication abilities. Effectively handle high-stress and volatile situations. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
