This is primarily a social media specialist role. You'll also support the team with simple daily staff duties (light in-office help to keep things moving), but you will not be responsible for patient coordination/consult education. What you'll do Content creation (the core of the job) Create and publish short-form video content (Reels / TikTok / Shorts) consistently Capture in-clinic content (with consent): behind-the-scenes, doctor/team moments, educational clips, patient stories when appropriate Edit with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and clean visuals (CapCut / Adobe / etc.) Write captions that sound human and premium—clear, confident, not salesy Build a simple content plan (weekly cadence + themes) and keep assets organized Brand growth + lead generation (the business outcome) Turn CCRS services into easy-to-understand content that builds trust and demand (LASIK, SMILE, EVO ICL, cataract options, LAL, etc. — we'll train you on the basics) Engage and manage comments/DMs professionally using CCRS guidelines Help improve conversion paths: link-in-bio, call-to-action structure, lead capture flow (light coordination with our team) Track what's working (views, saves, DMs, calls, form fills) and iterate Platform mix (examples) Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Google Business Profile posts + light support for reviews/reputation (if applicable) Daily staff duties (Secondary) To keep clinic flow smooth, you'll help with simple daily tasks such as: Light front-office assistance (greeting, directing, basic admin support) Helping the team stay organized (printing, prepping, tidying content areas, running small tasks) Assisting with content setup (lighting, room readiness, quick resets between filming) Be the first point of contact via text/email/social DMs Follow up consistently so leads don't fall through the cracks Coordinate smooth handoffs to the clinical team for medical/diagnostic questions Who you are You'll likely thrive here if you: Social-media fluent (you understand what performs and why) Creative + proactive (you don't wait to be told what to film) Comfortable in a professional setting and can represent a premium medical brand Coachable and consistent (you take feedback and improve fast) Organized (posting cadence + follow-through matter) Requirements Must-have Proven short-form content creation + editing ability (show us examples) Strong communication skills (writing + basic professionalism in replies) Comfortable filming in-office and working around patients/staff respectfully Reliable and consistent Nice-to-have (not required) Marketing background (organic growth, basic funnel thinking, landing pages, lead tracking) Canva, Adobe suite, basic photography/lighting Google Business Profile / reputation support experience Paid ads experience (Meta/Google) is a plus
