Job Description

Our Business Manager manages all accounting, payroll, Human Resources, and office management. You will oversee the budget and goals of the office and update the budget monthly. All accounting will be completed and reported monthly. As part of your duties, you will oversee and work with the Front of House Manager & Back of House Manager on all facility repairs and inspections. It is necessary as the Business Manager to make sure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are properly documented and followed. You will help to ensure efficient restaurant operation, and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations. We expect you to lead by example and help to ensure efficient and compliant operations. Responsibilities Handling all Accounts Payable Handling All Accounts Receivables Handling All Payroll Managing all Human Resources including hiring, terminations, counseling Overseeing training Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Oversee budget Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Monitor restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads) Oversee policies and protocols There may be other duties not specifically listed here. Skills Proven work experience in Accounting, HR, Office Management Proven customer service experience as a manager Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills Acute financial management skills BS degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
