$130,000•$180,000 + Full Benefits + Potential Relocation Assistance Lead a High-Performing Ambulatory Surgery Center United Surgical Partners International (USPI) seeking an experienced Surgery Center Administrator to oversee operations of a growing Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Pleasanton, California. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced ASC Administrator, Surgery Center Administrator, Perioperative Leader, or Surgical Services Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. What You'll Do Lead daily ASC operations across administrative, clinical support, and business functions Partner closely with physicians, medical staff, governing boards, and executive leadership Manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets Monitor financial performance, P&L results, and operational metrics Oversee workforce planning, employee performance, and staffing initiatives Support physician recruitment, credentialing, and relationship management Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and patient safety standards Manage vendor agreements, service contracts, and physician contracts Drive quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives Identify opportunities for operational growth and service line expansion Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Experience leading an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or Surgery Center required Hospital surgical services leadership experience with ASC exposure will also be considered Experience managing physician relationships and credentialing activities Strong financial management and P&L experience Knowledge of accreditation, regulatory, and compliance requirements Proven leadership and operational management experience Why Apply Competitive salary: $130,000•$180,000 Full benefits package Potential relocation assistance Executive-level leadership opportunity Work closely with physicians and surgical teams High-impact role with growth potential Apply today for confidential consideration.
