Job Description

Join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator, where your energy and dedication will directly impact patient experiences and streamline clinic operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring their journey through our healthcare services is smooth, welcoming, and efficient. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster a positive environment, support clinical staff, and uphold the highest standards of patient care. Greet patients warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and professional first impression Schedule appointments, confirm patient details, and manage appointment follow-ups to optimize clinic flow Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history, ensuring accuracy for smooth processing Assist with medical administrative tasks such as updating records, preparing charts, and handling paperwork Communicate effectively with clinical staff to coordinate patient care plans and relay important information Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations and clinic policies Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting would be great, but is not necessary Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support with attention to detail Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and proficiency in scheduling software or electronic health records (EHR) systems Exceptional communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional in all interactions with patients and team members Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Spanish speaking This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a difference in patient lives while developing valuable healthcare experience.
