In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical workflows, manage administrative and medical staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive operational excellence. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical operations across multiple healthcare settings, including dental, medical, and specialty clinics. Supervise medical administrative support staff, nursing personnel, and office management teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee fiscal management activities such as budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, JCAHO standards, and other healthcare accreditation requirements. Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, and Eaglesoft to maintain accurate medical records and streamline workflows. Implement policies for medical records management, utilization management, and medical administrative procedures to uphold quality standards. Coordinate with human resources for staffing needs, training programs, and performance evaluations while fostering a positive work environment. Monitor clinic performance metrics, patient satisfaction scores, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate communication between clinical teams, administrative staff, managed care organizations, and external partners to ensure cohesive service delivery. Skills Proven experience in healthcare management with strong supervisory skills in a clinical setting. Extensive knowledge of medical office management systems such as EMR/EHR platforms including Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, Eaglesoft. Demonstrated fiscal management expertise encompassing budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance protocols and medical terminology essential for maintaining patient confidentiality. Strong background in medical records management and understanding of healthcare accreditation standards like JCAHO. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments such as acute care or hospital settings. Excellent organizational skills with experience in office management within medical or dental clinics. Knowledge of managed care processes, utilization management strategies, and insurance billing procedures. Effective communication skills for training staff and collaborating with external healthcare providers.
