Answering phones, texts, and emails with warmth and professionalism Scheduling and converting new patient calls into exams Creating an exceptional in-office experience (check-in/check-out) Managing patient flow and schedule optimization Collecting payments and coordinating with financial team Maintaining detailed and accurate notes in our system Supporting new patient acquisition and retention Monitoring and improving systems and workflows This is a performance-driven role , not just task-based.
