Position Overview:

Kings View is seeking a Clinical Team Supervisor II to oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide independent clinical supervision in accordance with Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements. This leadership role holds full responsibility for clinical oversight, supervision of associate-level staff, approval of clinical documentation, and maintaining program quality, audit readiness, and adherence to all contractual and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide independent clinical supervision to associate-level staff Review, approve, and sign off on clinical documentation Monitor productivity, performance, and compliance Lead audits, chart reviews, and corrective action plans Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development Respond to complex or high-risk clinical situations Partner with leadership on staffing and operational needs

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work, MFT, Counseling, or related field Current CA license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist Meets BBS supervision requirements Valid CA Driver's License if driving required

Required Experience:

Minimum two (2) years post-licensure clinical experience Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal / DHCS standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Public behavioral health experience Audit / QA experience Bilingual/Bicultural preferred
