The Patient Eligibility Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience within our medical or dental office. This position requires strong administrative skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. The Patient Eligibility Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to: Verifying patients eligibility for services for our various offices Managing patient files to ensure all necessary info is present for upcoming appointments Maintain eligibility reports
Qualifications:
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and telephone skills with professional / welcoming demeanor Enjoy working in a small team Great initiative and follow through are essential Self-motivated Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) Managing patient files to ensure all necessary info is present for upcoming appointments Maintain eligibility reports

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
