M-F-8-5pm $20 HR The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in multi-tasking and problem-solving. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

JOB SUMMARY
The Location Coordinator's primary function is to manage assigned locations as related to AES issues. Communicating with landlords, their private staff, sublessors and AES staff. Juggling multiple responsibilities while providing excellent personal service to landlords, subleases and staff. Verify information for location, update requirement information, communicate with staff, tenants and landlords regarding office conditions, legal requirements, and potential subleasing. Scouts' locations for AES use. Opening and closing schedules as well as reservation modification for
AES. ESSENTIAL
DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
Locations - Gather all information for physicians at AES. Schedules - obtain dates from staff, open in calendar and make location reservations. Serve as point of contact for landlord, tenant and sublessor. Update all AES departments when any change is required to any of the services provided Maintain doctors' Share File information Schedule, cancel, confirm and modify reservations Receive verbal written correspondence from tenants, landlords and sublessors. Data entry and organizing location requirements. QUALIFICATIONS and
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient Data Entry and Typing skills Basic computer software knowledge (MS Office Suite, Share File, Google Calendar, others as needed) High school diploma or GED Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Able to work independently and in a team environment Good decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills Workers' Compensation / Medicolegal experience preferred Bilingual preferred Good attendance
