This position will serve as the primary liaison between patients and surgeons, overseeing scheduling, providing patient education, and guiding individuals through every step of the surgical journey. Only candidates with Plastic Surgery experience will be considered.

Main Job Duties:

• Respond to inquiries regarding surgery including costs, recovery time, etc.
• Schedule patients for consultation, pre-op, post op, and follow up.
• Meet with patients to discuss costs, financing, and surgery dates.
• Liaise with surgery facilities to schedule patients for surgery.

Other Job Duties:

• Responsibilities also include managing medical records, coordinating insurance and financial arrangements, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality patient experience.
• Chart preparation and filing.
• Ensure all patient information on EHR is complete and up to date.
• Assist with insurance verifications. To be considered, the candidate must have:
• Prior experience in a plastic surgery clinic as Patient Consultant or Surgical Coordinator.
• Knowledge of EHR software. Nextech preferred.
• Self-motivated with exceptional people and organizational skills. Polished and professional demeanor a must.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Pay:

From $25.00 per hour
