Compensation:
Excellent hourly pay based upon prior dental front experience.

(5 DAYS/WEEK) Monday 8:30am-4pm Tuesday 8:30am-5pm Wednesday 9am-6pm Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-4pm
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years front dental experience is required
- Basic front office administration experience such as answering phones, scheduling patients, computers, and patient care required
- Good basic math skills and the desire to cross train to back up financials when needed. Knowledge and experience in processing dental or medical claims preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Steady work history required (we prefer someone that doesn't hop job to job)
- Verifiable past work references required
- Excellent communication in English and computer skills required
- Fast learner and multi-tasker required
- Outgoing, positive, upbeat and friendly personality required
- Ability to work independently and be a strong team player required
- Strong work ethics with a proven track record of reliability required
- Reliable transportation required
- Knowledge in Orthodontic Practice Management Software Dolphin Management would be great, but willing to train Position Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from patients, doctors, and other medical staff
- Backing up the Financial Coordinator when needed
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with patients and medical professionals
- Managing the scheduling system and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Rescheduling appointments as necessary and notifying patients of any changes
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining confidentiality of patient information and following HIPAA guidelines
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues raised by patients
