Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, motivated Case Manager to oversee ABA programs in home, clinic, school, and community settings. This position is ideal for individuals pursuing BCBA certification or those already experienced in case management. You will work closely with families, Behavior Technicians (BTs), and BCBA Clinical Supervisors to ensure quality care, progress, and meaningful outcomes. (BCBA Supervision Hours Included) Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of Behavior Technicians delivering ABA services across assigned clients. Conduct regular field visits for direct observation, performance feedback, and clinical guidance. Develop, modify, and oversee implementation of individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies. Provide parent/caregiver training to support generalization and consistency of treatment across environments. Collaborate with BCBA Clinical Supervisors to maintain treatment fidelity and meet clinical objectives. Collect and analyze data, monitor progress, and update programming as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes, treatment plans and reports. Attend team meetings and clinical trainings to support ongoing growth and compliance. Ensure all clinical practices are aligned with ethical and professional standards (BACB, HIPAA, etc.). Coordinate services in multiple cities within a designated service area. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field 1+ years of experience in ABA, including direct therapy or supervision Supervision or leadership experience preferred but not required Actively enrolled in or completed a BCBA-certification eligible graduate program (a plus) Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance is a plus Must be able to pass background check (Live Scan), TB test, and health clearance Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic data collection systems (Catalyst, CentralReach, etc.) Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus!
