No Job Description We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Coordinator to support leadership and clinical excellence within our Emergency Department. This role works closely with the Manager/Director to ensure high-quality patient care, strong clinical outcomes, and smooth day-to-day unit operations. In this role, you'll help guide scheduling, participate in interviews and staff competency validation, support patient safety initiatives, and contribute to quality, risk, and regulatory projects. You'll attend organizational meetings and serve as a key resource for the team. At times, you may step into direct patient care—functioning as a charge nurse or taking a patient assignment when needed. Your leadership, sound clinical judgment, and commitment to professional development will help shape a strong and supportive care environment. Patient Care & Treatment Offer holistic and patient-centered nursing care, focusing on the unique needs of individuals and their families with a positive and respectful approach that aligns with the hospital's values. Emphasize support, clear education, and collaborative decision-making to foster a positive care experience. Provide leadership oversight to ensure patient safety standards are upheld and care delivery meets quality benchmarks, stepping into clinical responsibilities as needed to support the unit. Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment. You'll collaborate with leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and frontline staff to promote operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.
