No Job Description We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Coordinator to support leadership and clinical excellence within our Emergency Department. This role works closely with the Manager/Director to ensure high-quality patient care, strong clinical outcomes, and smooth day-to-day unit operations. In this role, you'll help guide scheduling, participate in interviews and staff competency validation, support patient safety initiatives, and contribute to quality, risk, and regulatory projects. You'll attend organizational meetings and serve as a key resource for the team. At times, you may step into direct patient care—functioning as a charge nurse or taking a patient assignment when needed. Your leadership, sound clinical judgment, and commitment to professional development will help shape a strong and supportive care environment.
