  • $153,000 Base Salary Full-Time | Leadership Role | On-Site We are seeking a Rehabilitation Manager to lead and coordinate therapy services within a highly respected, mission-driven PACE program supporting elderly participants in a community-based care model.
This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing rehabilitation operations, guiding therapy teams, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care delivery.
You will:
Lead and manage rehabilitation therapy programs and staff Oversee physical, occupational, and related therapy services Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and PACE standards Support care planning in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team (IDT) Conduct oversight of therapy delivery in both center and home settings Drive quality, efficiency, and program performance Ideal candidate background: PT or OT license required (California preferred or eligible) 5+ years rehabilitation therapy experience 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience Experience with geriatric or frail populations strongly preferred Strong organizational and team leadership skills This is a highly impactful role within a growing healthcare model focused on restoring independence and improving quality of life for seniors.
