Patient Care Coordinator Summary:
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role supports pediatric and orthodontic patients by connecting with families, reviewing eligibility reports, educating parents on orthodontic care, and scheduling complimentary consultations. We're looking for someone outgoing, organized, and great with people who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Pay Range:

High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated experience and success in customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
