About the Role Greenhaven Optometry is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator / Optometric Technician to join our private optometry practice. This role includes both front desk and clinical support. You'll welcome patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, update records, perform preliminary vision testing, assist the doctor, and help keep the patient experience smooth and positive.
