RADIOLOGY MANAGER OF IMAGING ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a nationally recognized healthcare system serving California. We are an organization which provides patient care, plus conducts research, and has medical education, GME Residents, and Joint Faculty with a University Medical Center. We are seeking an experienced Imaging Services Manager to lead daily operations across multiple imaging modalities while ensuring exceptional patient care, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and departmental performance.COMPENSATION
$55- 85 per hour Sign-on Bonus Relocation Tuition Loan Reimbursement
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Eligible for the ARRT (CT)- 3 years of Radiology leadership experience
- CT & X-Ray experience required
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
Bachelor's Degree CT Technologist experienceKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations of Imaging Services and support the Director in departmental management Supervise, mentor, evaluate, and develop staff Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified team members Assist with scheduling, workflow optimization, and productivity management Monitor departmental budgets and resource utilization Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, state, and local regulatory standards Maintain imaging equipment and operational readiness Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and hospital departments to ensure quality patient care Assess staffing needs and staff competency levels Lead performance improvement initiatives and staff education programs Serve as Director designee when needed Maintain department policies, procedures, and inventory levelsWHY JOIN
