RESPONSIBILITIES
: The Assistant Clinical Supervisor (ACS) will oversee RBTs/BTs and supervise in-home cases under the supervision of a BCBA. In addition, the ACS provides trainings for parents and caregivers. Assist Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in conducting assessments (ABLLS, ABAS-3, VB-MAPP, AFLS, FBA) Assist Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in developing individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor member's progress towards goals. Assist in parent consultation training (PCT), (teaching parents how to increase their child's communication, analyze behavior, and generalize skills). Updates Progress Reports on a monthly basis. Provide social skills training, and generalization of skills into the home and/or community settings. Participate in the implementation of baseline, treatment, parent training, and generalization sessions. Utilize Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs). Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies including, incidental learning, and functional communication training under the direction of a Supervisor. Oversee direct staff (RBTs & BTs). Assist with staff training. Implement an individualized behavior plan and interventions designed by the BCBA. Regularly report outcomes to the Supervisor. Prepares and reviews progress notes as needed to ensure compliance with company expectations. Report treatment results by interpreting, analyzing, and documenting data. Attend team meetings and present data on members. Consult with parents/guardians and work in coordination with the member's school, doctors, and other therapy providers.
Participate in educational opportunities:
continuing education events, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks, and/or participating in professional organizations. Participate in ongoing training. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, modified, or changed at any time at Shine Bright Network, LLC discretion
QUALIFICATIONS
: Ideal candidates: be enrolled in a Masters Degree program in Applied Behavior Analysis, or hold a BCaBA credential 2+ years experience in the field of ABA Possess a valid driver's license Livescan Fingerprinting (FBI/DOJ) Clearance Negative TB Test Results. Complete Employee orientation and training specific to Shine Bright Network Be willing to be flexible with scheduling depending on the clinic needs Desire to collaborate with team members Valid California Driver's License Reliable transportation & auto insurance required Work a flexible schedule which includes traveling (diving a personal vehicle) Be able to stand, sit twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, and sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs without assistance from another adult

Drive Time:
Employees are paid for drive time at the minimum rate and receive mileage reimbursement in accordance with state law (if applicable) Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO is offered to employees after 90 days

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
