Job Description
Ambitions Behavioral Health is a client-centered, team-friendly and tech-savvy provider of applied behavior analysis. Our approach, uniquely focuses on efficiency by using technology, rather than paper, to maximize our time spent with our cherished clients and wonderful team. We strive to help children with disabilities reach their potential in increasing their social, communication, adaptive, leisure and related repertoires. We are currently in search of a passionate BCBA in San Bernadino area to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Providing direct supervision to all program supervisors and paraprofessionals. Modeling skills according to the intervention plan for staff and families Conducting assessments and writing reports Parent/Care taker trainings Staff training and developmentQualifications:
BCBA Masters Degree Management experience and skills Proven experience of working directly with individuals on the spectrum Flexibility Comfortable with learning and teaching new software Completion of new-hire requirementsCompensation:
