loan forgiveness programs What We Are Looking For The LVN Supervisor reports to the LVN Manager and oversees all back-office clinical staff, to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient care. This role provides operational leadership, manages timekeeping and scheduling, and administers disciplinary actions in alignment with organizational policies. The Supervisor ensures regulatory compliance, supports performance development, and collaborates with clinicians and administrative teams to optimize clinical operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DELIVERABLES
Provide leadership, oversight, and direction to clinical staff to ensure consistent, highquality clinical backoffice operations. Develop, manage, and adjust staffing plans, schedules, and assignments to maintain adequate coverage and efficient patient flow across clinic areas. Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, provide coaching, and oversee the full corrective action process in alignment with organizational policies. Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards-including OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and organizational policies-and correct deficiencies promptly. Oversee quality improvement initiatives, including audits, logbook accuracy, equipment maintenance, and adherence to VFC, CHDP, and other program requirements. Support and mentor LVNs in managing team operations, resolving complex workflow issues, and implementing process improvements Lead onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training programs for clinical support staff, ensuring competency, consistency, and adherence to clinical protocols. Collaborate with providers, managers, and interdisciplinary teams to address operational challenges, streamline workflows, and enhance patient experience. Monitor supply management processes-including ordering, inventory control, and expiration tracking-to ensure clinical areas remain fully stocked and auditready. Participate in strategic planning and organizational initiatives by identifying operational gaps, recommending improvements, and supporting implementation of new programs or workflows. QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Licensure/Certification:
Current LVN License required; current CPR/BLS certification (must be American Heart Association or Red Cross accredited program), valid California driver's license, and auto insurance. As a requirement of this position, you must receive EPIC certification for the module you have been hired into.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years LVN experience with 1 year lead/supervisory experience required or one (1) year Pediatrics LVN experience in lieu of. Experience in an Ambulatory Care or FQHC setting preferred.
Essential Technical/Motor Skills:
Must have proficient computer skills including data entry. Must be able to use a variety of office equipment including fax machine, scanner, printer and copier.
Interpersonal Skills:
Fluency in English and Spanish preferred. The ability to translate medical information is preferred. Must possess the ability to maintain a professional attitude in difficult situations and communicate effectively. Must perform as.
Essential Mental Abilities:
Requires critical thinking skills. Must be flexible to perform a variety of tasks. Must be well organized. Must be able to prioritize work using strong decision-making skills.
