Job Description
Ambitions Behavioral Health is a client-centered, team-friendly and tech-savvy provider of applied behavior analysis. Our approach, uniquely focuses on efficiency by using technology, rather than paper, to maximize our time spent with our cherished clients and wonderful team. We strive to help children with disabilities reach their potential in increasing their social, communication, adaptive, leisure and related repertoires. We are currently in search of a passionate Supervisor in the Perris area to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to- Providing supervision to direct staff, clients and their families
- Modeling skills according to the intervention plan for staff and families
- Conducting assessments and write reports
- Staff training and development
- Occasional running of social skills groups
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- BCBA coursework is required
- Two years of proven ABA experience of working directly with individuals on the spectrum
- Management experience and skills
- Flexibility
- Comfortable with learning and teaching new software
- Completion of new-hire requirements
- Professionalism, leadership, and sensitivity.
