You will play a key leadership role in treatment planning, staff development, family collaboration, and maintaining ethical and clinical excellence in accordance with BACB standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization Ensure compliance with BACB standards and company policies Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals Support staff development through training, coaching, and leadership Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation QualificationsRequired Active BCBA Certification Minimum 4 year of BCBA experience Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
