Clinic Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations:

Oversee daily facility management, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Staff Leadership:

Supervise and develop a team, including hiring, performance management, and training.

Compliance & Credentialing:

Maintain physician licensing, hospital credentialing, and compliance with industry regulations.

Financial Management:

Oversee billing, patient collections, and insurance processes while supporting centralized billing operations.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and accuracy in coding and documentation.

Practice Growth:

Build relationships with referring providers and participate in community networking.

Who You Are:

Minimum 2 years of medical office management experience with a proven track record in staff supervision. Strong knowledge of insurance, billing, and medical coding practices . Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (preferred). Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills . Proficient in multiple computer systems and healthcare applications . Bilingual candidates are a plus . CPR/First Aid certification is a plus .

Physical Requirements:

Occasional lifting (up to 11 lbs), standing, walking, and assisting with patient transfers. Ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks requiring fine motor control.

Schedule & Location:

Full-time position, Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime.
