  • Patient Access Supervisor
  • to oversee Inpatient Admitting and Surgical Registration. This role manages day-to-day operations and provides leadership for front-end revenue cycle functions, including scheduling, registration, cash collection, and authorizations.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Manage day-to-day operations and provide administrative leadership for the front-end revenue cycle.
+ Review work schedules and assign duties to ensure optimal patient flow and production goals. + Oversee and evaluate the accuracy and quality of technical registration functions. + Supervise personnel functions including recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and discipline. + Ensure team compliance with facility protocols, procedures, and standards of care.

Experience:
  • 2+ years minimum in a supervisory role. +
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. +
  • Systems:
  • EPIC experience is preferred. +
  • Flexibility:
  • Must be willing to work occasional evenings/weekends and handle weekend on-call 1-2 times per week. +
  • Vaccine Guidelines:

  • Pay Details:
  • $21.
