Full Job Description Overview:

Carmel Plaza Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Temporary Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating positive patient experiences, thrives in a fast-paced dental office environment, and values teamwork and professionalism. This temporary position may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Schedule (days/hours):

Monday-Friday Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule and confirm appointments Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries Verify insurance and explain financial information when needed Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support office flow and assist the clinical team as needed Help create a welcoming, efficient, and patient-centered environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Compensation:

$23/hour
