We're looking for Property Management Coordinators with a strong interest in leasing, tenant relations, day-to-day property operations, and vendors . What You'll Do Support property management operations across multiple residential properties (all within a five mile radious of Downtown San Diego) Assist with leasing, property management operations, marketing, and tenant relations both field and onsite Coordinate and execute showings and support leasing activities Conduct property inspections and maintain quality control standards Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and property services Assist with rent tracking, light accounting, and administrative tasks Work within property management software (Asana and AppFolio preferred; Zillow or similar a plus) Support both office operations and field-based property visits What We're Looking For Experience in property management, leasing, real estate, or hospitality preferred Strong communication skills with a tenant-focused / customer service mindset Highly organized and able to manage multiple properties and priorities Self-starter who can take direction and execute independently Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks and deadlines Comfortable coordinating maintenance, vendors, and property operations Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in leasing and closing units Proficient in Microsoft Office; AppFolio, Zillow, or property management tools a plus Someone who can follow direction Important to Know This role supports multiple residential properties across different locations Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Combination of in-office work and field work Job Details Full-time $30/hour San Diego, CA Start date: May 2026 Benefits Health insurance Paid time off (vacation + sick time) Paid holidays Mobile phone stipend Laptop or equipment provided Mileage and expense reimbursement Opportunities for personal and professional growth Exposure to creative, and community-driven experiences through LWP projects.
