Job Description This is an exciting time to join Visa's North America Marketing Services Team, as we continue to rapidly scale and expand our capabilities to support client growth. The NA Marketing Services Team is transforming how we partner with clients to drive engagement through a strategic, proactive, solutions-led marketing approach. The Director, Practice Development & Capabilities Enhancement will play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution by leading the commercialization of new Marketing Services solutions. This individual will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into scalable, market-ready offerings through structured ideation, rigorous business case development, and effective go-to-market activation. This role requires strong analytical, strategic, and storytelling capabilities, as well as the ability to operate cross-functionally to bring new solutions to life and enable the broader organization to successfully sell and deliver them.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
Drive structured ideation and opportunity assessment for new Marketing Services offerings using client insights, market trends, and internal capabilities Lead the commercialization of new Marketing Services solutions, including defining value propositions, target segments, and monetization approach Develop robust business cases including market sizing, revenue potential, and ROI modeling Translate concepts into scalable offerings including scope, delivery model, pricing, and success metrics Build sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, playbooks, and training content Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., VCA) to operationalize new solutions Support sell-in of solutions to clients and tailor messaging as needed Define and track KPIs to measure success and optimize performance Lead training and upskilling efforts across internal teams Manage multiple initiatives aligned with Marketing Services priorities Manage end-to-end development and commercialization workflows Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and launch new solutions Ensure alignment with internal governance and processes Synthesize complex information into executive-ready materials Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications:
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree Experience in marketing, consulting, product, or strategy roles Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects Excellent communication and storytelling skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment 11+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, or payments Experience commercializing marketing and/or technology solutions Ability to work with limited direction within a complex and ambiguous environment to drive fact-based recommendations solutions and decisions Leadership experience working in agency and/or consulting roles involving the development and delivery marketing programs/solutions First-hand experience with and understanding of financial services, card lifecycle marketing and digital ecosystems Experience building sales enablement materials and sales training plans Success in operating in a fast-paced highly matrixed organizations Strong stakeholder management skills Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this position is $151,600 to $285,600 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.

Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
