QUALIFICATIONS
Although, Individual are encouraged to apply, the Ideal candidate with the following experience will only be considered. Requirements for Regional Surgery Center Administrator Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field required Master's degree (MHA, MBA, MSN, or related healthcare/business discipline) preferred Minimum 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in ambulatory surgery center, surgical services, or hospital operations Prior experience overseeing multi-site healthcare operations strongly preferred Demonstrated leadership experience in ambulatory surgery center (ASC) administration highly preferred Hospital surgical services leadership experience with ASC exposure will also be considered Strong working knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and compliance standards related to ambulatory surgery centers Experience managing operating budgets, capital budgets, and financial performance metrics Proven success leading physician partnerships and medical staff relationships Experience with workforce planning, staff development, and performance management Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the

Career Opportunity For Regional Surgery Center Administrator We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Surgery Center Administrator to provide executive leadership and operational oversight for multiple ambulatory surgery centers within a growing healthcare network. As the Regional Surgery Center Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple surgery centers in the San Francisco Bay Area Region. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to ensure the success of our surgery centers. Your role will be critical in maintaining the highest level of patient care, managing financial performance, and driving operational efficiency. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, physician partnership development, and quality outcomes across assigned facilities. The Regional Surgery Center Administrator will partner closely with facility leadership, physicians, governing boards, and corporate stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of operational standards, sustainable financial performance, and exceptional patient care delivery. Position Summary & Overview Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple surgery centers in the region, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, increase efficiency, and drive financial performance Manage the budget and financial performance of the surgery centers, including revenue generation, expense control, and cost reduction initiatives Collaborate with the executive team to set goals and objectives for the region and develop plans to achieve them Hire, train, and manage a team of surgery center administrators, nurses, and support staff Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, payers, and other key stakeholders in the region Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operations and patient care Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Medicare guidelines Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for implementing new processes and technologies to improve efficiency and patient outcomes This is an ideal opportunity for a proven ambulatory surgery center or surgical services leader who thrives in a multi-site leadership environment and is passionate about optimizing surgical operations, building physician relationships, and developing high-performing teams.
