Manage human resources functions including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training initiatives. Oversee the implementation and utilization of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks for seamless documentation. Support practice management activities including inventory control, vendor relations, and procurement. Facilitate communication between clinical staff and external providers or insurance companies to optimize patient care delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within a clinical setting.
