San Jose, CA About Us We are a growing healthcare and wellness practice offering Neurology, Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, and expanding Aesthetic Services. Our goal is to provide exceptional results while delivering a high-end, luxury patient experience. We are seeking an experienced, professional, and sales-minded Medical Esthetician to help grow our aesthetics department. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is confident recommending treatments and products. Responsibilities Perform facials, microdermabrasion, and other skincare treatments within the scope of licensure Conduct client consultations and develop personalized skincare recommendations Educate clients on treatment plans and home-care regimens Recommend and sell skincare products and treatment packages Assist with patient scheduling, follow-up, and retention Support front desk operations when needed Maintain treatment rooms, inventory, and cleanliness standards Ensure an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up Collaborate with providers and staff to support growth of the aesthetics department QualificationsRequired Current California Esthetician License Minimum 2 years of esthetician experience Experience performing facials and microdermabrasion Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable recommending products and treatment plans Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience in a medical spa setting Experience with skincare retail sales Experience with treatment package sales and client retention Familiarity with EMR or scheduling software Social media experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits $25-$30 per hour DOE Retail product commissions Treatment package commissions Performance bonuses Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding aesthetics department Application Requirements Please include a brief summary of: Your esthetician experience Types of treatments you currently perform Your experience selling skincare products Your experience selling treatment packages
