Practice Administrator / Medical Group Operations Director Nür Medical Group - Pediatrics & OBGYN About Us Nür Medical Group is an established physician-led healthcare organization providing pediatric and women's health services in Silicon Valley. Our mission is to deliver exceptional patient care while building a modern, efficient, and scalable medical practice. We are seeking an experienced Practice Administrator / Operations Manager to help lead the next phase of growth across our Pediatrics and OBGYN divisions. This is not a traditional front office manager role. We are looking for a strategic operator who has successfully grown outpatient medical practices, built operational infrastructure, and improved both patient access and financial performance. Position Summary The Practice Administrator will oversee day-to-day operations while partnering directly with ownership and physicians to scale the organization. The ideal candidate has experience in primary care, pediatrics, women's health, or multi-specialty medical groups and understands both operational excellence and practice growth. Key ResponsibilitiesPractice Growth & Patient Acquisition Develop and execute strategies to increase new patient volume Improve patient retention and recall programs Grow both commercial insurance and Medi-Cal patient panels Build referral relationships with local providers and community organizations Monitor provider schedules and optimize utilization Improve online reputation management and patient experience Operations & SOP Development Create and implement standardized operating procedures across all departments Optimize front office, scheduling, and patient flow processes Develop staff training programs and performance standards Establish KPI dashboards and operational reporting Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements Revenue Cycle & Financial Performance Oversee billing, collections, and denial management processes Improve claim reimbursement and revenue capture Monitor payer performance and credentialing activities Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and profitability Develop and track practice growth metrics Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, and mentor front office and clinical support staff Conduct performance evaluations and accountability meetings Foster a culture of professionalism, service excellence, and continuous improvement Serve as the primary operational leader across multiple providers and service lines Qualifications Required 5-10+ years of medical practice management experience Experience managing outpatient primary care, pediatrics, women's health, or multi-specialty clinics Strong knowledge of insurance operations, credentialing, billing, and revenue cycle management Experience developing SOPs and scaling healthcare operations Demonstrated success increasing patient volume and improving practice performance Strong leadership and project management skills Preferred Experience with Medi-Cal and managed care organizations Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field Multi-site medical group experience Experience leading organizational growth initiatives Compensation Competitive salary Performance-based bonus opportunity Professional development opportunities Opportunity to help build and lead a growing medical group Why Join Nür Medical Group?
