Job Description

This consulting role will be responsible for leading project teams in the healthcare domain, delivering strategic, operational, and technology consulting services to clients. The role includes managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and supporting business development initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage deep industry expertise to solve complex client challenges and contribute to organizational growth. This position requires strong knowledge of health plan and/or health insurance operations, as well as familiarity with health plan systems. A proven track record of delivering health plan solutions, along with demonstrated team leadership and team-building experience within client projects, is essential. Req#1005867481
  • Responsibilities
  • + Lead and manage multiple consulting projects for health care clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions + Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders + Oversee project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback + Conduct market research, data analysis, and process assessments to identify client needs and opportunities for improvement + Design and implement strategies for operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and patient care enhancement + Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal leadership + Support business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and participating in client pitches + Stay current with health care industry trends, regulations, and best practices + Has health plan operational knowledge, has health plan system knowledge + Has a proven track record of delivering health plan solutions, team leadership and team building within health plan client projects •Requirements•+ Has 10 to 15 years of experience working in in a consulting role for health plan clients + "Big Five" consulting firm experience preferred + Experience delivering business and technical solutions for Large Health Plan Clients + AI Experience preferred + Working knowledge of Member, Provider, Claims, UM/CM/DM, Customer Service, Digital Ux operational processes and systems + High skilled in quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking + Expert in client interaction and collaborative work style and strong interpersonal and team skills + Ability to effectively plan effective processes and facilitate meetings to bring groups with contrasting views to conclusions/consensus + Knowledge of the various levels of listening, ability to choose the right level depending on the situation.
