This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management to ensure exceptional patient experiences, operational excellence, and team success. As the face of the clinic, you will coordinate daily operations, oversee staff, manage financial performance, and uphold the highest standards of medical and administrative quality. Your energetic leadership will drive growth, foster a positive work environment, and promote our commitment to innovative aesthetic treatments. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about healthcare management and customer service excellence. Responsibilities Lead daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient care delivery in a fast-paced environment Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a cohesive team Oversee financial management including budgeting, billing procedures, and expense control using systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and JCAHO standards while managing medical records and patient confidentiality Coordinate with medical professionals to schedule treatments, manage inventory, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing patients through excellent service and community engagement Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and EHR (Electronic Health Records) to document patient information accurately and efficiently Skills Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within aesthetic clinics Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively in a bilingual (English/Mandarin) setting Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation Familiarity with medical administrative support systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, or eClinicalWorks Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment Experience with office management software and EMR/EHR systems to streamline operations and enhance patient care Join us as we elevate aesthetic healthcare through energetic leadership and innovative management.
