Front Desk Receptionist/New Patient Coordinator

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team as a full time front desk receptionist/patient coordinator in a thriving, high paced, energetic chiropractic neurology clinic in San Mateo. The candidate must be charismatic and possess an extrovert personality. You will be the primary point of contact for our office and we need a warm, welcoming personality. This outstanding professional individual will provide administrative support, including greeting patients with a smile, scheduling of patients, answering phones, collecting fees, managing patient flow, setting patients up on therapy equipment, assisting the doctor(s) as needed, monitoring and managing marketing campaigns, tracking data and insurance verification. STRONG communication skills is a must in working with our doctors, staff and patients. You must be a people person and comfortable with working hands-on with patients. The applicant must be motivated, energetic, friendly, compassionate, dependable, takes the initiative, possess a nurturing and caring personality, and thrives on being part of a winning team. Chiropractic experience a bonus, but not necessary. Is this you? Work hours/times are negotiable/flexible. We will be opening the clinic to office hours on Thursdays in the near future.
