Practice Coordinator 2 Ampcus, Inc United States, California, San Mateo Jun 08, 2026 Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.
Job Title:
Practice Coordinator 2 Location(s):
San Mateo, CA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Duration:
Immediate start for an initial 4-week assignment, expected to be extended for an additional 3 months Potential for
Permanent Hire:
Yes, depending on staffing needs and leave coverage status
Key Responsibilities:
Check in patients and manage front-desk operations Schedule follow-up appointments Make patient reminder calls Perform administrative tasks such as printing, faxing, and document handling Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and clinic staff
Required Skills:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Friendly and professional demeanor Effective problem-solving abilities Ability to manage a busy clinic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using APeX/Epic preferred Candidates with APeX training are strongly preferred due to limited training capacity
Clinic Volume:
Approximately 80-100 patients per day
Additional Information:
Candidate will remain at the same clinic location throughout the assignment. Opportunity for extension and possible long-term employment based on business needs.
