Full Job Description Qualifications:

Job description Bay Radiology is a physician-owned and operated diagnostic imaging and radiology center that is part of the Inview Imaging network. Bay Radiology offers a team-oriented environment in a relaxed outpatient setting. The facility provides MRI and Ultrasound services. We are looking for a part-time or full-time 24+ hours a week Patient Care Coordinator/Tech Admin to provide front desk support, assist the MRI Technologist and the Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical office.

Responsibilities for this position include:

Patient intake and check-in at front desk Scheduling patients for radiology exams Routine office and Administrative tasks Managing patient medical records Insurance verification Processing patient payments Taking accurate patient history and thorough MRI safety screening Effective communication skills Excellent customer service and patient care Responsible for keeping patient appointments running on time Assist Technologist when required (room / screen patient, sanitize equipment) Ability to adapt and be flexible Strong time management skills Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office/ RIS/ PACS) Professional demeanor Knowledge of basic medical terminology. Familiarity with HIPPA complianceCommunicates appropriately and clearly to patients, management, co-workers, and physicians.

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
