Patient Experience & Financial Coordinator (Part-Time) Precise Orthodontics - San Ramon, CA Precise Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-centered Patient Experience & Financial Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic team part-time (3 days per week). The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with patients and families while helping create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment acceptance. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, positive, and excited to grow within a modern, high-service orthodontic office. Responsibilities Welcome patients and families with professionalism and warmth Manage patient check-in and check-out Coordinate scheduling to optimize doctor and clinical flow Verify dental insurance benefits and communicate coverage clearly Present financial arrangements and payment options alongside the Clinical Coordinator Manage accounts receivable and patient collections Conduct follow-ups with new patient exams and pending treatment plans Handle incoming calls, emails, texts, and patient communications professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support smooth transitions between the front office and clinical team Assist with patient onboarding and creating a positive office experience Provide sterilization support during downtime when needed Help maintain office organization and daily operational flow Update office hours, scheduling changes, and Google business information as needed Ideal Traits & Characteristics Friendly, professional, and patient-focused Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing finances and payment options confidently Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Coachable, adaptable, and proactive Committed to excellent customer service and patient care Experience & Qualifications Dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience highly valued Experience with scheduling and insurance verification is a plus Associate degree preferred, but not required Spanish-speaking is a plus Schedule Part-time 3 days per week Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $22-$27 per hour depending on experience Supportive and positive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee discounts on orthodontic treatment About Our Office Precise Orthodontics is a modern orthodontic office focused on high-quality care, exceptional patient experience, and creating confident smiles in a welcoming environment.
