Administrator & Operations Manager About the Role Medexa Medical Group is seeking an organized and proactive Clinical Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support daily clinic and business operations. This role helps coordinate patient care, administrative workflows, scheduling, billing support, and team communication while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Key Responsibilities Operations & Administration Support daily office and clinic operations Manage scheduling, emails, calls, records, and documentation Coordinate workflows and internal communications Assist leadership with reporting and staff coordination Clinical Coordination Schedule patient visits and provider assignments Support patient intake and EMR/EHR documentation Coordinate referrals, authorizations, medical records, and provider orders Communicate with pharmacies, labs, imaging centers, and care teams Billing & Compliance Assist with
CPT/ICD-10
coding and billing accuracy Support charge capture and documentation compliance Maintain HIPAA standards and audit readiness Team Support Facilitate communication between departments Participate in staff meetings and workflow improvements Assist with inventory tracking and supply coordination Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of healthcare administration or operations experience Knowledge of
