OneSource Medical Diagnostics provides administrative and operational support to Expert MRI, a leading radiology group in Southern California. We are seeking a dependable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Associate to welcome and guide patients through the check-in process and ensure a smooth visit at our imaging center.

What You'll Do:

You'll be responsible for managing front desk operations and supporting patients through their imaging experience.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Greeting and checking in patients for scheduled procedures Handling multi-line phones and appointment scheduling Managing daily patient schedules and maximizing scan completion Preparing and reviewing patient paperwork for safety and accuracy Scanning and attaching patient documentation to records Escorting patients to changing areas and reviewing pre-exam instructions Assisting with admissions, data entry, and payment processing Supporting joint venture and hospital contract documentation requirements Ensuring compliance with front office procedures, audits, and inventory control Training new team members and helping maintain front office standards Traveling to other local locations, as needed

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of related experience in a medical front office or administrative role preferred Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Knowledge of HIPAA is a plus (we will train)
