Job Description

About Us Nür Aesthetics Club is a fast-growing medical aesthetics practice focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes and a luxury patient experience. We are looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven leader to own patient acquisition, retention, scheduling optimization, membership growth, and overall clinic revenue performance. This is not a traditional front desk role. We are looking for someone who treats the business like an owner, understands sales psychology, and can help drive growth across the entire patient journey. Similar high-performing med spa coordinator and patient care roles often combine sales, patient experience, scheduling, and revenue ownership. What You'll OwnRevenue & Growth Own monthly revenue goals and key performance indicators Monitor provider schedules and proactively fill gaps Drive memberships, packages, skincare, and treatment plan conversions Execute patient reactivation campaigns Follow up on all leads within established service levels Track conversion rates and identify opportunities for improvement Partner with marketing to improve lead quality and ROI Patient Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing patients Conduct aesthetic consultations and educate patients on treatment options Create customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals Ensure a luxury, white-glove patient experience Manage patient concerns and service recovery when needed Increase patient retention and rebooking rates Team Leadership Hold providers accountable to consultation, rebooking, and conversion standards Monitor daily provider performance metrics Lead daily huddles and weekly performance reviews Identify training opportunities for nurses and providers Help create a culture of accountability, positivity, and growth Operations Print and review upcoming schedules weekly Identify open appointment gaps and execute fill strategies Manage CRM workflows, lead pipelines, and follow-up systems Track KPIs including: Lead-to-consult conversion Consult-to-treatment conversion Revenue per patient Membership enrollments Rebooking rate Retail sales Assist with event planning and promotional campaigns Qualifications 3-5+ years of sales experience required Medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, luxury hospitality, or wellness experience strongly preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Comfortable discussing treatment plans and pricing Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and data-driven CRM experience preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Compensation Competitive hourly or salary base Monthly performance bonus Revenue-based incentives Employee discounts on treatments and skincare Growth opportunities into leadership roles Ideal Candidate You are ambitious, competitive, and love helping people achieve their goals.
