Job Description
About the Role We are a fast-growing, high-end medical aesthetics practice seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys converting leads into long-term clients. You will play a key role in driving daily bookings, patient experience, and revenue growth . This is not a traditional front desk position — this role is focused on lead management, patient conversion, and sales performance . Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads (calls, texts, online inquiries) in a timely manner Convert leads into booked consultations and treatments Conduct phone consultations and recommend appropriate services Follow up with unconverted leads to drive bookings Educate clients on treatments, packages, and membership options Optimize scheduling to maximize provider utilization Deliver a high-quality, seamless patient experience Track and meet KPIs (conversion rate, bookings, revenue) Work closely with management to execute growth strategies Qualifications 2+ year experience in aesthetics, med spa, or sales-focused role preferred Proven ability to convert leads and close sales Strong communication skills (phone, text, in-person) Comfortable discussing pricing and guiding purchasing decisions Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Self-motivated and results-driven Weekend availability required Compensation $25-$35/hour (depending on experience) Performance-based bonuses/commission (uncapped) Growth opportunities into lead or management roles
