The Opportunity:
A Dual-Track Apprenticeship This is a paid, entry-level externship designed for candidates with zero prior dental experience . Unlike traditional schools, we provide the training, mentorship, and financial sponsorship for your required dental certifications and licensing. You will master two essential sides of the industry: 1. Clinical Excellence (The Art of Care) Assist dentists and specialists during complex procedures. Learn to take high-quality dental records and x-rays. Master clinical workflows, sterilization, and infection control. Directly support patient comfort and wellness. 2. Business Operations (The Science of Success)
Insurance Billing:
Understand the mechanics of healthcare finance and claims.
Sales & Case Presentation:
Learn how to communicate treatment plans effectively.
Case Acceptance:
Master the interpersonal skills required to help patients say "yes" to their health. Requirements We hire for character and train for skill. To be considered, you must meet the following:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Proven Discipline:
A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent, demonstrating your reliability and strong work ethic.
