This role involves managing appointment scheduling, client communications, and front desk operations while actively promoting our innovative regenerative treatments and medspa services. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced medspa environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding client care and maintain high customer service standards at all times
  • Manage inbound communications including calls, texts, emails, and online appointment requests
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel client appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Actively promote treatments, services, products, programs, promotions, and discounts to clients
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and engagement
  • Process client transactions promptly and accurately using POS systems
  • Multitask and prioritize duties while maintaining professionalism and a client-first mindset
  • Perform opening and closing procedures for the clinic as assigned
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as mailing, filing, typing, and data entry
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional appearance
  • Uphold client confidentiality in line with company policies and HIPAA regulations
  • Support local outreach efforts and help coordinate events to promote the clinic
  • Assist management with special projects or additional duties as required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or medical environment
  • Strong customer service and sales skills with a genuine client-first attitude
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Positive team player with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with medical office operations, cosmetic procedures, or skincare products is a plus
  • Experience with Patient Now or similar POS and scheduling systems preferred but not required
  • Social media savvy is a bonus
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
