Qualifications The ideal candidate is highly organized, quick learner with excellent attention to detail Process appropriate documents and forms as directed Knowledge of medical terminology and administrative processes Familiarity with information management programs, Microsoft Office, and other computer programs Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Spanish and English Speaker Experience in Medical Office setting Benefits 401(k) Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Competitive Compensation Career Advancement Responsibilities In this role, you will collect and process patient specific information from our EHR systems Ensure all documents are uploaded and/or submitted in an accurate and timely manner Able to navigate several medical EHR systems quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision (training is provided) Able to prioritize and manage time effectively Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned (phones/faxes) Run Benefit investigations and Submit Prior Authorizations Assist patients in enrolling in patient programs
