Patient Experience & Growth Coordinator (Pediatric Dental Office)

Location:

Santa Rosa, CA Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday (4 days/week, ~32-35 hours). T /W are fast-paced clinical days; Th/F are quiet, focused admin, social media, and community outreach days.

Pay Range:

$25.00 - $31.00/hr depending on experience

The Role:

This is not a traditional, passive front desk job. You are the "Face of the Practice" and our brand ambassador. Your time will be split between two exciting areas: Patient Experience & Lead Conversion (Mon/Wed): You will welcome families with a genuinely warm, joyful countenance, managing the flow of the office. When new parents call or email, your goal is to make them feel deeply cared for and confidently convert those leads into booked appointments. Marketing, Social Media & Community Outreach (Thu/Fri): On our non-patient days, you get to be

CREATIVE!

You will manage our Instagram/Tiktok/Facebook accounts (creating fun reels, capturing the vibe of the office), coordinate with local preschools and schools for oral health outreach, and build relationships in the Santa Rosa community.

You have a background in sales, high-end hospitality, or concierge services. You know how to listen to a prospective patient's needs, answer objections, and successfully book the appointment.

You know how to create engaging content, use Canva/CapCut , and understand what makes a post trend locally.

Organized & Self-Driven:

On admin days, you don't need to be micro-managed. You are a self-starter who can map out a marketing calendar and execute it.

Requirements:

Experience in sales, luxury retail, concierge services, or hospitality is highly preferred. Strong comfort level with social media content creation (Instagram/TikTok). Dental experience is a plus, but NOT required. We will happily train the right personality on our dental software.
