Job Description
•This individual is required to maintain a current BCBA licensure (Bilingual English/Spanish preferred)•Laurie Singer Behavioral Services (LSBS) is a small family owned and operated business. At LSBS, our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and other mental health diagnoses through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) services in an integrated approach. When developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, we consider the individual's environment and internal events (thought patterns). We are dedicated to fostering meaningful, lasting change through personalized interventions that promote skill development, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. Our team of professionals promotes generalization by providing support across settings (home, day programs, schools, employment sites, etc.) while enhancing the skills acquired by the individual and their circle of support.
