This role combines social media content creation with direct patient interaction and follow-up.

Responsibilities:

Capture photos and short videos of daily office activity (staff, doctors, hygienists) Request and coordinate patient reviews, testimonials, and video feedback Edit and post content across social media platforms Maintain and grow the practice's social media presence Follow up with patients after visits to assess satisfaction Address patient concerns and help improve patient experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Social media management experience Video editing experience (strong plus) Marketing experience (plus) Comfortable interacting with patients and staff in a dental office setting
