At Accelerate Physical Therapy, our Clinic Support Specialists are the heartbeat of the clinic; making patients feel welcome, keeping the space spotless, and helping our clinical team do their best work. You'll be the connective tissue between our on-site and off-site teams, keeping communication flowing so nothing falls through the cracks. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and take pride in the details, we want to meet you. Duties and Responsibilities Client and Administrative Support. Greet and welcome every patient Assist with check-in and kiosk support Schedule and manage patient appointments Answer scheduling and copay questions Print schedules and home exercise programs Direct concerns to the right staff member Keep patient flow moving smoothly Client interaction via in person treatments, text, phone calls Use of Emitrr application and phone system for client interaction, including phone and text conversation as well as scheduling appointments General understanding of scheduling, collection of payment, and explanation of benefits via
SPRY EMR
General knowledge of verification and eligibility of insurance benefits for clients General cleaning and organization of office and workspace Documentation management of clinical/office related documents via iOS platform Fax, scan, and document management within
SPRY EMR
Utilization of Google Drive for client/office related document management and email, hangouts, and communication with Accelerate Physical Therapy team members Other duties as assigned Team Communication. Serve as a key communication link between on-site and off-site team members Coordinate scheduling, patient needs, and day-to-day clinic updates via Google Chat Proactively flag issues or changes to the right people in real time Support a smooth handoff of information across the team throughout the day Other duties as assigned Clinic Operations. Maintain cleanliness throughout the day Reset treatment and gym areas between patients Sanitize equipment to clinic standards Wash, fold, and restock linens daily Other duties as assigned Experience and Requirements Commensurate education: High school diploma OR GED Equivalent Current Driver's License AND Social Security Card, OR U.S. Passport Current CPR certification Basic understanding and act and accordance of applicable CA laws and standards of professional conduct consistent with the Physical Therapy Practice Act, including the APTA's Code of Ethics for
Physical Therapists Attire:
business casual or scrubs Show ability to organize and prioritize workload independently Background in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or a related field Experience with appointment scheduling or front desk coordination preferred Comfortable communicating across teams using tools like Google Chat or similar platforms Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced clinic environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you genuinely enjoy working with people Self-directed and comfortable managing your tasks with minimal supervision Benefits 401k eligible after 6 months employment Paid sick leave CPR Certification paid Mentorship Supplemental Insurance plans
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
